Built in 1973 and remodeled in 2001, the Oberoi Towers is the largest five-star hotel in India and is
particularly ideal for conferences. The hotel is beautifully located on a sea-front area and situated
in the heart of the business district and the largest indoor shopping arcade of the region, which
includes over 200 shops. The hotel boasts seven deluxe specialty restaurants and two full bars.
There is also a state-of-the-art 24-hour business center and fully equipped health club and swimming
pool for guests to enjoy. The Oberoi Towers also provides three non-smoking floors and a selection
of 14 banquet halls.
Area attractions include Bom and Nariman Point Business District. Just a kilometer away is the
State Assembly, and just beyond that is a shopping district. A mere two kilometers away from the hotel
are the Gateway of India to the east and Prince of Wales Museum. Guests can discover the Mumbai Stock
Exchange just three kilometers away, and both Fort business district, as well as Mani Bhavan, just
four kilometers from Oberoi Towers. Just beyond these, at a distance of five kilometers, there is
more shopping at Chor Bazar. Athletes can check out the golf course and racecourse, just 8 km south
